01: Time for check-in and check out hotel room:
- Check-in time is 13:30 afternoon
- Check out time is 11:30 noon
- Check-in time before 08:00 morning or check out after 18:00 afternoon is subject to be charged as much as a full room night and includes breakfast
- Check-in time after 08:00 morning or check out before 18:00 afternoon is subject to bed charged as half of a full room night and excludes breakfast
02: Room rates and taxes
- The room rate is applied as our signed contract or as the best hotel on our website without a commission or an intermediary fee.
- The room rate includes breakfast at the hotel and a 15% service charge and excludes 10% VAT tax if it is issued officially.
- The room rate is net for people in a room and excludes all amenities and minibar in the room.
03: Special policy for children and old people
- Children up to 5-years old sharing a bed with parents will be free of charge. Breakfast is included (1 child is allowed)
- 6 to 9-years-old or the second child in this age sharing a bed with parents will be charged 10 USD/child. Breakfast is included.
- 10 to 12-year-olds sharing a bed with parents will be charged 15 USD/child. Breakfast is included.
- Children aged 12-years-old and over are the same price as adults. 20 USD/child. Breakfast is included and an extra bed is available to put in the room.
- Old people aged 80 - 85 years old receive an offer of 30% discount on the room rate. Breakfast is included.
- Those over 85 years of age will be offered 50% of the room rate. Breakfast is included
04: Priorities of Catba View Hotel
- You will be able to check into the room as early as possible without being charged anything if the hotel has a room available.
- You will be offered to check out of the room as late as possible without being charged a cent if the room is still empty the next night.
- Already checked out but you can store or deposit your luggage in our hotel as long as you want. Safe and free.
- Already checked out but you can use the hotel's bathroom for a fresh or warm shower with a towel. At any time and for free
- The hotel staff will celebrate your birthday or your wedding anniversary party with complimentary flowers, party cake, and a bottle of wine (at the hotel restaurant)
05: Deposit to secure your booking
- A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking is required at booking time when it is confirmed successfully
- The balance will be paid at check-out time.
- A secured booking is a deposited booking and you will receive the final confirmation of our hotel with the payment invoice enclosed.
06: Policy for Cancellation and Refunding
The hotel will refund 100% of your deposit in the following instances:
Note: Each case needs its official notice or announcement of the government or of the authorities with a red seal stamped and the refund will exclude bank fees
- Covid 19 pandemic spreads for your departure or in the hotel area.
- Bad weather such as typhoons or cyclones and boats and ferries are publicly ordered not to operate.
- Missed or delayed flights caused by airline firms due to bad weather or accident or terrorism
- Cancel your booking 21 days before the check-in date
- Move your booking to another date 14 days before check-in date (if the hotel room is still available for the changed date)
07: Charges to your deposit for the cases below
- 30% of the deposited amount will be charged for cancelling 14 days prior to the check-in date
- 50% of the deposited amount will be charged for cancelling 07 days prior to the check-in date
- Full deposited amount will be charged for cancelling 03 days prior to the check-in date
- Non-refundable is applied for any cancellation after 48 hours of the check-in time
08: Payment and security protection:
- You can pay directly in person at the Hanoi office or pay via an internet-banking account given by our salesperson who you are working with
- All bank accounts appearing on the hotel's website or in the email draft box or on apps online will be illegal and not belong to Catba View Hotel.
- No bank fee if paying by domestic card ATM in Vietnam
- 3% will be charged for paying by international card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. We will send you a payment link to your email. The payment link is set and secured by the OnePay system and Vietcombank of Vietnam.
