Day 01: Ha Noi - Cat Ba island
- Around 7:00 – 07:30: our bus will come to pick you up at your hotel/private house for a 1.5/2-hour drive on the HW5B crossing the Red River delta to reach the bridge Tan Vu – Lach Huyen that connects Hai Phong city with Cat Hai island district. Cross the sea over the longest bridge in ASEAN to arrive at the Got ferry station where you will cross the river by a 25-minute ferry trip to Cat Ba island – The sea borderline.
- Drive through the mangroves and then along the coastal road to Cat Ba town, enjoying the spectacular landscape of high limestone mountains alongside the immense sea.
- 10:30 arrive at the hotel; refresh up or check-in if rooms are available.
- 12h enjoy a welcoming seafood lunch at the hotel.
In the afternoon:
- Go off to independently enjoy swimming at beach Catco 1,2,3 or stroll around to explore Cat Ba town and fishing port…
- Another option is to walk up 400 constructed steps to visit the monument of the island, here you can obtain a panoramic view of Cat Ba town and watch sunset failing in the bay of Lan Ha – the world's biosphere reserve.
- Late afternoon, enjoy dinner with the impressive flavor of the sea served at the hotel restaurant.
- After dinner, it's only a few steps (100m) to the coast for fresh air and views of the fishing port by night.

Day 02: Discover Lan Ha bay – the world's biosphere reserve – Hanoi
- 07h00 Breakfast at the hotel
- 07h30 transfer by car to Beo dock, take a boat trip to explore Lan Ha bay – recognized by Unesco as the world's biosphere reserve, known as a more beautiful bay than Ha Long for its limestone mountains creating round lagoons and tunnel-like grottoes in the bay. Here you will get to go kayaking to explore the waters around the mountain cliffs. Paddle your kayak under a tunnel grotto, visit a floating fishing village or swim at the secluded Van Boi beach … (snorkeling is a possibility, depending on the tide)
- Later on, the boat will stop by Monkey island for a visit and swimming.
- 12:30 boat back and car back to the hotel for refresh up and lunch.
In the afternoon
- Independently visit Cat Ba town, go to the beach or local market…
- 15h30 our bus pick up for a road trip back to Hanoi
- After 3 hours you will arrive in Hanoi, and the bus will drop you back at your place to end the tour.
Note: Depending on the actual weather on arrival, and the number of guests, the tour itinerary has a measure of flexibility, so day 2 can be swapped for day 1 or vice versa.
